Services: Our Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) support includes 2-D and 3-D graphics, isometric illustrations as seen in parts catalogs and installation guides, solid modeling of parts, and assemblies with complex surfaces, etc. Our work consists of solid engineering practice, including GD&T and stack-up analysis of parts in an assembly to assure the correct fit and clearance. Mission: The mission of StellaCAD is to provide government and industry with engineering services. Staff: The United States Armed Forces Veteran-owned company is a C Corporation, with federal tax identification, and has a diverse staff. All members of StellaCAD are highly skilled, educated, and qualified to support the company's mission. The StellaCAD staff also use creative and pragmatic solutions and innovative technologies. Achievements: Our work has helped our customers to meet their deadlines with enthusiasm and has enhanced the quality of life on Earth. In 2006, our engineering support assisted a major American corporation in securing millions of dollars in sales of mining shearer equipment to service various countries around the globe. In the year of 2006, the work of Joe Russo, owner of StellaCAD, assisted the mining machinery company in securing work to 2009 and beyond. The other staff members achievements are also impressive. With an interest in the commercialization of space for the benefit of all of humanity and the preservation of life on Earth, Mr. Russo contributed his own time and resources to the Space-Based Solar Power (SBSP) Architecture Study. More information on the SBSP Architecture Study can be found at: Since 1975, Joe Russo has collaborated with various organizations such as the Midwest Rocket Corporation, Midwest Space Development Cooperation, and Space Studies Institute. He participates in the events facilitated by various organizations such as the Space Resource Roundtable on diverse subjects such as mining in space. Joe Russo founded StellaCAD, and building a staff to further serve the community.
